UPS Drop‑Off & Pick‑Up Rules

DROP‑OFF:

• UPS packages must have a printed UPS label and be sealed.

• We offer packing services if you need help sealing your package.

• Amazon returns: UPS label only.

• No UPS QR codes .

• No USPS or SmartReturn labels.

PICK‑UP:

• Please scan the QR code on your UPS receipt.

• Your tracking must show “Awaiting Customer Pickup” or “Received by Amir.”

• If it does not show these statuses, the package is not here. Contact UPS support

   we do not know where your package is until tracking confirms it.

• Have your tracking number ready (usually starts with 1Z…) and bring a valid ID.
